Morgan Duffy

Morgan Duffy

Chief Executive Officer

With over 23 years of technical event production experience in Denver and more than 8 years leading enterprise workforce administration, I bridge the gap between front-line stagecraft and executive operations. Having worked across every major department—Audio, Lights, Video, Rigging, Carpentry, and Decor—I have built deep operational roots at iconic regional venues including Red Rocks Amphitheatre, the Buell Theatre, Boettcher Concert Hall, the Colorado Convention Center, and the Arvada Center.

As Founder, CEO, and Payroll/HR Manager at Stagecraft Event Labor, I leverage this dual perspective to oversee full-cycle payroll, benefits reconciliation, and labor law compliance for hundreds of technicians and crew members. My expertise centers on navigating multi-jurisdictional tax reporting, IATSE union obligations, workplace safety program design, and budget-aligned labor scheduling. By streamlining workforce operations, I deliver precise, high-volume payroll execution while ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and collective bargaining standards.
